Strange are the ways of human life and stranger, their lives are.. One seeks happiness and joy in the most consumed resource of life- Love. But the conquest of love is never ending. There are constant needs which need to be attended to- Ever changing.What do you get and where do you get , is a very good question. Only that there is no answer to it.
In trying to cope up with the needs, one tends to follow a pattern -intricate and delicate. What they don't realise is , while the pattern was forming, the need has morphed into something completely different than what it was. They are so taken in by the fulfilment of the need that they don't see it for what it is now. That simple ignorance on their part costs them dear and voids them of the resource they are drawing from. But again, what they don't realise is that the resource is still useful, albeit in a different way, because once a resource, it always is. Only the way you draw from it, changes.
It takes a while to look at it from a different perspective and see it , for what it is , but one sure does get to that point, sooner or later.

Sid woke up 'em all!
Life is tricky and unexpectable. The course of your life is destined by many a factors beside You . For most of the people , it is an experience. Neither does it ignite passion to learn and get better at nor do they try to get the hang of things deciding their fate/destiny, the way they perceive it .
A coming of age movie was never so fun, never so fluid. Especially the one mouthing the words, BE A MAN, is a grown child.
The movie is a showcase of Sid's journey from a boy to Man. But what works here for Sid is that fact that all his relationships are honest and simple .
Keeping relationships simple is no easy task, which Sid seems to have an uncanny ability for, He is a messed up kid with a amazing assortment of relationships, which he breezes through and in that process,warms up to everyone. His friends understand what their place in his life and they are accepting of the fact that though they mean so much to him, they are still dispensable. His mother loves him dearly, but never is interfering. His father is very accomodating and lures him to work with a Porsche!
Interestingly, he is vocal enough to get people he cares about,tries them to get to understand his thoughts and add reason to his approach in life. When he cannot get them to understand, he gladly lets them go get their thinking caps .
He makes Aisha understand the difference between what she wants and what she needs, in a very unconventional way.He always has liked Aisha, but he is not sure if there is chance of a different relationship than friendship.He's happy to be with her and for him, that's what matters. Doesn't expect anything in return for what he does, but feels disappointed when she doesn't notice his achievement of making an omelette for her.
Lakshmi and Rishi are the other two important people in his life. Yet, does not let go off his ego and talk to Rishi even after realising the fact that it was not Rishi's Choice to PASS the exam. :) Is miffed at Lakshmi as he thinks that she cannot relate to a failure like him. Feels sorry that she fails in the test to stick to her diet plan and actually sympathizes.
